Adding Northeast Territory Director Steven Blackwell
Euclid Life Science Specialty, LLC, (ELSS) a leading managing general agent for life science liability underwriting, today announced the addition of Steven Blackwell as Vice President and Northeast Territory Director.
Mr. Blackwell will serve as an executive underwriter and oversee broker relations and growth for the region. Blackwell’s hiring underlines Euclid’s continued expansion and commitment to the life science liability segment.

Mr. Blackwell brings more than a decade of life science and underwriting experience to the team. Prior to joining ELSS, Mr. Blackwell held underwriting and leadership roles at several Life Science insurers with responsibilities that included complex life science liability underwriting, risk evaluation and underwriting tool development, and enriching relationships with retailers and wholesalers. Mr. Blackwell holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lemoyne College.
