Euclid Life Science Specialty Announces Promotions of Steven Blackwell and Alex Braner to Key Leadership Roles

Itasca, IL, October 1, 2026 — Euclid Life Science Specialty, LLC (ELSS), a leading managing general agent specializing in life science liability underwriting, earlier this year announced the promotions of Steven Blackwell (top) and Alex Braner (bottom), recognizing their leadership and contributions to the organization’s continued growth.

Steven Blackwell has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Executive Underwriter, and East Coast Director. In his expanded role, Blackwell will continue to lead underwriting initiatives while overseeing broker relationships and growth strategies throughout the East Coast.
