EUCLID LIFE SCIENCE SPECIALTY LAUNCHES CAREER ADVOCACY PROGRAM

The Euclid Life Science Specialty Career Advocacy Program mission includes enhanced education of employees, apprentices, and interns, including both graduates and undergraduate students, to increase subject matter mastery and to contribute to the sustainability of talent and insurance industry perpetuation in the Life Science insurance specialty.
Euclid Life Science Specialty (ELSS), LLC, an Itasca-based specialty underwriting facility for life science liability, is pleased to announce the launch of its Career Advocacy Program (CAP) dedicated to enhancing career and learning opportunities in the cross section of the insurance and life sciences industries.
The ELSS Career Advocacy Program mission includes enhanced education of employees, apprentices, and interns, including both graduates and undergraduate students, to increase subject matter and to contribute to the sustainability of talent and insurance industry perpetuation in the Life Science insurance specialty. CAP will also aim to provide mentoring, training, and opportunities for candidates with a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math educational focus who may have an interest in a career in financial services and insurance.
“A key part of underwriting mastery is holding a very high bar for continuing education in all aspects of the Life Science industry, but also in keeping ahead of insurance liability developments, trends and litigation outcomes,” says ELSS’s Managing Principal Ryann Elliott. “Keeping continual learning on the forefront of activities enhances the value add that we can bring not only to our own team development but also to our agents, brokers and insureds.”
The second branch of the Career Advocacy Program will focus on industry outreach and continuing education for brokers and agents. ELSS is launching a trio of Executive Series continuing education sessions this Spring available for their participating agents and brokers that focus on product liability and emerging issues in the Life Sciences industry.
